A: We ship daily, Monday–Friday. Orders placed by 12 PM (EST) ship the same day. Orders after 12 PM ship the next business day.


Q: Which carriers do you use?

A: We ship with USPS and UPS. Once your order leaves us, you’ll get tracking details by email.


Q: What if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?

A: Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

A: Yes — our silk sets and robes are designed for a relaxed fit. Lounge sets have a little stretch.

A: Absolutely not! Our products are cruelty-free.
