At Skn So Flawless, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged.

If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery at SknSoFlawless@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Once reviewed, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

⚠️ Please note: Returns or replacements will not be issued for items reported after the 5-day window, or for issues not related to damage during shipping.
